During a news conference condemning ICE raids, Gochez stated that ICE agents &#8220;are not the only ones with guns&#8221; and that people have the right to defend themselves against them. and that &ldquo;people have every right to defend themselves&rdquo; against them during a Tuesday <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2025\/10\/22\/they-caught-those-bricks-la-teacher-riots-driving-down-ice-raids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">news conference<\/a> denouncing ICE raids.<\/p>\n<p>DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin told the DCNF that Gochez&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >comments endanger agents&#038;rsquo<\/a>; lives and such hostile activity &ldquo;looks criminal.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Calling for violence against law enforcement is un-American and beneath the conduct of someone teaching the next generation of Americans,&rdquo; McLaughlin told the DCNF, adding that the DHS will refer him to the Department of Justice.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Our law enforcement officers are already facing a 1,000 percent increase in assaults against them, including terrorist attacks, cars being used as weapons, and rocks thrown at them,&rdquo;
