we will prosecute any person who physically assaults our agents.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>In the post, Bondi included video of Garcia making the announcement at a news conference with Los Angles Mayor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/la-mayor-karen-bass-goes-new-extreme-bid-protect-illegal-aliens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Karen Bass<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/calmatters.org\/politics\/2025\/10\/robert-garcia-proposition-50\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">liberal<\/a> with a history of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-federal-prosecutor-probes-two-democratic-lawmakers-potential-threats-public-officials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inflammatory language<\/a>, Garcia is a member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.<\/p>\n<p>In the Senate, Connecticut&rsquo;s Richard Blumenthal is investigating ICE with the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/other\/california-democrats-eye-creation-of-master-ice-tracker-website-despite-doj-opposition\/ar-AA1OTg5P\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Washington Examiner<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The Oversight Committee, I d this with the mayor &mdash; over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker &hellip; tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will send to us, send us information on,&rdquo; Garcia said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;ll all be available in one central place.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Garcia did not describe the purpose of such information, but if recent history is any guide, it&rsquo;s effect, at least is not likely to be innocent.<\/p>\n<p>For instance, in a Sept. 25 article, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/dallas-ice-gunmans-handwritten-note-threatened-real-terror-fbi-reveals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> reported that FBI Director Kash Patel had said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/suspected-dallas-ice-facility-shooter-identified\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the gunman<\/a> who fired on an ICE facility in Dallas &ldquo;searched apps that tracked the presence&rdquo; of ICE agents.<\/p>\n<p>As the Washington Examiner reported, Bondi&rsquo;s Justice Department previously asked Apple and Meta (the parent company of Facebook) to take down an app and a page that performed a similar function.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/apple-yields-doj-pulls-ice-tracker-apps-crossed-legal-red-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apple complied<\/a>, as did Meta, according to the Washington Examiner.<\/p>\n<p>However, Democratic lawmakers in Congress apparently don&rsquo;t feel the same obligation to cooperate with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ice-sweeps-into-nyc-and-immediately-scores-a-big-win-infamous-suspect-taken-into-custody\/\" title=\"...
