The allegations center on Brennan&#8217;s testimony regarding the CIA&#8217;s involvement with the Steele dossier-a controversial set of reports about president Donald Trump&#8217;s alleged connections to Russia. Refers John Brennan To DOJ For Prosecution\">willfully testify falsely<\/a> and fictitiously to material facts,&rdquo; Jordan wrote in the letter. &ldquo;We therefore make this referral for the Department to examine whether any of Brennan&rsquo;s testimony warrants a charge for the violation of 18 U.S.C. &sect; 1001.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The letter cites declassified documents compiled by the Trump administration that claim that the Intelligence Community Assessment findings that said Russia &ldquo;developed a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >clear preference&#038;rdquo<\/a>; for Trump and &ldquo;aspired to help&rdquo; him win the election were false and accuses the Obama administration of fabricating the findings in an effort to undermine the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/3858199\/mike-johnson-blames-democrats-political-violence-jan-6-rioter-threatens-hakeem-jeffries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MIKE JOHNSON POINTS TO DEMOCRATS FOR POLITICAL VIOLENCE AFTER PARDONED JAN. 6 RIOTER THREATENS JEFFRIES<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the Judiciary hearing, Brennan claimed that &ldquo;the CIA was not involved at all with the [Steele] dossier,&rdquo; whereas a 2017 report drafted by HPSCI, which was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/declassified-documents-prove-fbi-knowingly-and-willfully-lied-to-fisa-court-to-spy-on-trump-campaign-video\/\" title=\"...
