The attack occurred in Washington, D.C., when Coristine was mugged by eight teenagers in August.The two teenagers, both 15 years old, pleaded guilty to simple assault and received probation sentences-12 months for the boy and 9 months for the girl-avoiding jail time. Musk denounced the verdict as racially biased, asserting that if the races were reversed, the offenders would have been incarcerated. His PAC America echoed this sentiment on social media. District of Columbia Superior Court Associate Judge Kendra Briggs sentenced the boy to 12 months&rsquo; probation and the female to 9 months&rsquo; probation for pleading guilty to simple assault.&nbsp;Since they are under 18 years old, their names have not been provided publicly.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;This was a racist verdict by a racist judge,&rdquo; Musk wrote on X on Wednesday. &ldquo;The simple test to apply is if the races has been reversed, the White kids would be in prison.
