The ads accuse Democrats of implementing failed policies such as cashless bail, releasing criminals early, restricting police pursuits, and maintaining sanctuary state status, all purportedly contributing to public safety concerns.

Polling indicates that voters prefer Republicans on issues of crime and the economy, with Republicans enjoying meaningful leads in trust. The RSLC’s ads also highlight energy costs, blaming Democratic Governor Phil Murphy’s decisions to close nuclear and coal plants without sufficient alternatives for soaring electricity bills-an issue becoming central in the election discourse. The race between Republican Jack Ciattarelli and Democrat Mikie Sherrill remains tight, with recent polls showing a narrow lead or a tie.
