Only those who can use strength in the present can prevent using it in the future.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Opposition leader Yair Lapid also thanked Trump in his speech before the Jewish legislature.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;When you were elected, you said you will be the president of peace. You have kept your word,&rdquo; Lapid said. He also supports calls to nominate Trump for the next Nobel Peace Prize.<\/p>\n<p>Israeli citizens were joyous when they heard the remaining 20 living hostages were released by Hamas on Monday, just over two years after they were abducted from southern Israel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/3847687\/knesset-staff-distribute-maga-style-baseball-caps-ahead-of-trump-speech\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"3847687\" class=\"mediapress-link\"><strong>KNESSET STAFF DISTRIBUTE &lsquo;MAGA-STYLE&rsquo; BASEBALL CAPS AHEAD OF TRUMP SPEECH<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During his visit to Israel, Trump also met with the families of the Israeli hostages.
