People even have alerts that let them know when he has been arrested or released,&rdquo; a female neighbor said about Grisham.<\/p>\n<p>Grisham has been arrested repeatedly on charges of looking into residents&rsquo; windows at night. He also reportedly follows people during the day, the station reported.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2005, Grisham has been arrested nearly 30 times, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kcentv.com\/article\/news\/local\/alleged-peeping-tom-back-bell-county-jail-criminal-trespassing-charges\/500-59070bc7-adad-4c05-bd3c-877e68d96281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KCEN-TV<\/a> in Temple, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;My wife and my girl are always on my mind.
