Khalil did not disclose an internship with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency and his connections with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/marco-rubio-delivers-bad-news-columbia-agitators-took-campus-building\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Columbia University<\/a> Apartheid Divest, a campus coalition opposed to Israel.<\/p>\n<p>Khalil&rsquo;s attorneys wrote to U.S. District Judge Michael Farbiarz urging him to prevent Khalil from being removed while a habeas corpus case before Farbiarz is pending.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The only meaningful impediment to Petitioner&rsquo;s physical removal from the United States would be this Court&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >important order prohibiting removal<\/a> during the pendency of his federal habeas case,&rdquo; the letter said, NBC reported.<\/p>\n<p>Khalil used the opportunity to again trash the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It is no surprise that the Trump administration continues to retaliate against me for my exercise of free speech.
