and indeed, there was no evidence presented of such a goal,&rdquo; Carro wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors had argued that Mangione&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/wapo-reporter-blamed-libs-tiktok-random-threats-defends-alleged-ceo-murderer-mangione-morally-good-man\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged actions<\/a> intimidated or coerced employees of UnitedHealthcare.<\/p>\n<p>Carro rejected the argument.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We respect the Court&rsquo;s decision and will proceed on the remaining nine counts, including Murder in the Second Degree,&rdquo;
