We read the statute differently,&rdquo; Gelpi wrote.<\/p>\n<p>As noted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courthousenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/first-circuit-reverses-stay-of-trump-parole-terminations.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruling<\/a>, Between October 2022 and January 2025, about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/supreme-court-delivers-huge-win-trump-admin-allows-deportation-bidens-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">532,000<\/a> people entered the country through the program.<\/p>\n<p>The ruling said the DCH Termination Notice &ldquo;provided several reasons that &lsquo;independently and cumulatively&rsquo; supported DHS&rsquo;s decision to terminate the CHNV parole programs.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The ruling said DHS gave an explanation that ending the program was &ldquo;&lsquo;appropriate and necessary&rsquo; because the CHNV parole programs &lsquo;d[id] not serve a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/florida-sues-biden-administration-over-illegal-border-policies-that-harm-the-state\/\" title=\"Florida Sues ...
