The assassin remains at large.<\/p>\n<p>The article also references a recent related incident in Minneapolis,where a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/two-teens-set-mentally-ill-man-on-fire-if-races-were-reversed-it-would-be-a-national-story\/\" title=\"Two Teens Set Mentally Ill Man On Fire; If Races Were Reversed It Would Be A National Story\">mentally ill man<\/a> identifying as female murdered students at a Catholic school,leaving behind a manifesto with anti-Christian themes.Despite repeated shootings involving individuals identifying as transgender, the article claims there has been little sustained investigation by law enforcement into possible ideological networks behind these acts. The email states that &ldquo;ATF and other law-enforcement located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1735526129\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"> <span class=\"38muEIKiOxFRdD4tVN0\"><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">EXCLUSIVE: This morning my team received an e-mail from officer at ATF.  <\/p>\n<p>The email included a screen shot from what appears to be an internal message describing a weapon and cartridges located by an ATF and other law enforcement near the scene of the Charlie Kirk shooting  at&hellip; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/UKtOUPY5DC\">pic.twitter.com\/UKtOUPY5DC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Steven Crowder (@scrowder) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/scrowder\/status\/1966118431511433267?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 11, 2025<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/span> <\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>&ldquo;All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology,&rdquo; the email reads. <\/p>\n<p>The Wall Street Journal later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/livecoverage\/charlie-kirk-shot\/card\/ammunition-in-kirk-shooting-engraved-with-transgender-antifascist-ideology-sources-pdymd1sXXMSlVRhpvR4b?mod=e2tw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reported<\/a> similar details, citing an internal law-enforcement bulletin and a person familiar with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Kirk was murdered on Wednesday as he kicked off his college campus tour series in which he would engage in good faith debate with students. Kirk was answering a question about violence committed by people who identify as transgender when a single shot rang out. The assassin is still at large.<\/p>\n<p>Kirk&rsquo;s assassination comes just weeks after a mentally ill man who identified as a female <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/08\/29\/the-media-dismissing-the-transgender-factor-in-this-school-shooting-are-enabling-another-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">murdered<\/a> two students at a Catholic school in Minneapolis. Several others were injured. The shooter, identified as Robin Westman (previously Robert before he obtained a name change), left behind a <a href=\"https:\/\/kstp.com\/kstp-news\/top-news\/robin-westman-posted-a-manifesto-on-youtube-prior-to-annunciation-church-shooting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">manifesto<\/a> that included anti-Christian imagery and phrases. The <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/08\/28\/motive-of-trans-shooter-who-killed-christians-is-not-a-mystery\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">left said<\/a> the &ldquo;motive is a mystery&rdquo; despite Westman&rsquo;s manifesto &mdash; and the fact that he chose to shoot up a Catholic school.<\/p>\n<p>Despite repeated mass shootings by individuals identifying as transgender, there is little evidence of sustained federal or state investigations into networks or cells that may be encouraging or facilitating these acts. Law enforcement has largely treated these incidents as isolated events rather than part of a broader pattern of violent radicalization. <\/p>\n<p>Internal memos and communications following the 2023 Covenant School shooting indicate an effort to shield the shooter and her ideology from scrutiny. Recently released pages from the shooter&rsquo;s diary, as reported by The Federalist&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2025\/09\/09\/new-fbi-releases-from-tennessee-christian-school-shooter-call-out-and-depict-demons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Joy Pullman<\/a>, shows the shooter calling herself &ldquo;the Devil&rsquo;s apprentice and expressing a desire to &ldquo;shoot up churches because of the Christian doctrine that men and women are different.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>As Pullman reported, &ldquo;Under President Biden, the FBI had attempted to keep the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-fbi-releases-from-school-shooter-depict-demons\/\" title=\"New FBI Releases From School Shooter Depict Demons\">transgender murderer&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s writings sealed, obscuring her motives.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Despite evidence from several transgender shootings showing an ideological movement targeting Christians and conservatives, there has been no indication of systematic effort to investigate this radicalization. <\/p>\n<p>Without targeted investigation, law enforcement is not positioned to prevent similar acts in the future.  <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<div class=\"article-author-description fst-italic\">      Brianna Lyman is an elections correspondent at The Federalist.
