Brown was later charged with first-degree murder. But after Iryna&rsquo;s death, the Embassy in Ukraine called and said, &lsquo;We&rsquo;ll help you bring her home.&rsquo; And her family said, &lsquo;No.&rsquo; They said, &lsquo;She loved America.
