The incident occurred on August 16 in Frisco, Texas, when temperatures reached around 95 degrees Fahrenheit. the arrest affidavit read. &ldquo;Vanessa told medical staff and Plano PD officers that she had been with the victim the entire day, and he was not supervised by anyone else.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Medical staff told police that the baby&rsquo;s core temperature was more than 106 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n<p>He had likely died before getting to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/disturbing-future-doctor-facing-charges-allegedly-running-hidden-camera-operation-inside-hospitals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hospital<\/a>, staff said. He was 15 months old.<\/p>\n<p>Police quickly realized Esquivel&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/doug-emhoff-doesnt-deny-striking-his-ex-girlfriend-makes-interview-move-that-could-cost-kamala-the-election\/\" title=\"Doug Emhoff Doesn&#039;t Deny Striking His Ex-Girlfriend, Makes Interview Move That Could Cost Kamala the Election\">story didn&#038;rsquo<\/a>;t add up.<\/p>\n<p>Esquivel claimed she hadn&rsquo;t gone to work that day.<\/p>\n<p>Police discovered, however, that she had clocked in from 1:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., something a co-worker confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The next day, on Aug. 17, she called an employee at the spa, which records phone calls, saying that her baby had died.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Vanessa told the employee that the police were investigating her, and she asked the employee not to leak her phone call.
