Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized after his vehicle was rear-ended at high speed in New Hampshire. According to his spokesperson, Giuliani had been assisting a woman involved in a domestic violence incident<\/a> and stayed at the scene untill police arrived<\/a>. Shortly after leaving, his car was hit from behind, resulting in Giuliani sustaining a fractured vertebra, multiple cuts and bruises, and injuries to his left arm and lower leg. He is currently hospitalized but recovering well and in good spirits. his spokesman emphasized that the crash was not a targeted attack and requested privacy while discouraging conspiracy theories<\/a>.
