The Beverly Hills Unified School District (BHUSD) initially approved a resolution to display Israeli flags on all its campuses to show support for the Jewish community, clarifying that this was not an endorsement of the Israeli government. However, Superintendent Alex Cherniss reversed this decision due to safety concerns.
