No damage was visible on Cutler&rsquo;s vehicle due to a winch mounted at its front, police said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;During their conversation with Cutler, officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol,&rdquo; the release stated, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Sports\/former-nfl-qb-jay-cutler-faces-dui-weapons\/story?id=114930004\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Cutler was also slurring his words and had blood shot eyes.
