Evans reportedly pressured his girlfriend to have an abortion,wich she refused,but later admitted to police that he &#8220;made the decision for her&#8221; and purchased abortion pills costing $50 to induce a miscarriage. autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Evans had told her that he wanted her to have an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fact-check-abortions-dropped-zero-tennessee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abortion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >woman denied ordering abortion pills<\/a> and said she did not want to end her pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the day, she said she began to feel very sick.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;She <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/in-2024-texas-pro-life-laws-saved-countless-women-and-babies\/\" title=\"In 2024, Texas\u2019 Pro-Life Laws Saved Countless Women And Babies\">experienced medical complications<\/a> and suffered a miscarriage, resulting in the loss of her pregnancy,&rdquo; police said, <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/26\/us-news\/illinois-man-allegedly-drugged-pregnant-girlfriend-with-abortion-pills-to-cause-miscarriage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to<\/a> the New York Post.<\/p>\n<p>At first, Evans denied doing anything, but police said he later admitted he &nbsp;&ldquo;made the decision for her.&rdquo; He said he bought <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/joseph-public-deserves-know-truth-dangerous-abortion-drug-mifepristone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mifepristone<\/a> &ldquo;on campus&rdquo; for $50 with the intent to end the pregnancy.<\/p>\n<p>Mifepristone is an abortion drug that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/learn\/abortion\/the-abortion-pill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood<\/a> pushes online.<\/p>\n<p>He is scheduled to return to court in early September for arraignment.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors are correct to charge him with homicide.<\/p>\n<p>But their actions expose a glaring contradiction in the left&rsquo;s abortion arguments.<\/p>\n<p>By charging Evans with intentional homicide of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-college-football-team-punishes-receiver-accused-assaulting-unborn-child\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unborn child<\/a>, they are admitting that unborn children can be murder victims.<\/p>\n<p>That logic is irreconcilable with the left&rsquo;s rhetoric on abortion.<\/p>\n<p>If the victim had taken the same pills on her own, abortion advocates would have called it &ldquo;bodily autonomy.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>But because Evans gave her the pills, the state now says it was homicide.<\/p>\n<p>This is flawed logic that insults all those who set out to protect those who cannot protect themselves.<\/p>\n<p>What prosecutors in Illinois have done is admit what <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-just-put-pro-abortion-libs-worst-nightmare-charge-us-attorneys-office-dc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the pro-abortion movement<\/a> denies &mdash;
