\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>She said she is worried about the Trump administration sending Abrego Garcia to Uganda.<\/p>\n<p>Minutes after Abrego Garcia was detained in Baltimore Monday, his attorneys filed a legal challenge to block his removal from the country.<\/p>\n<p>The government will be &ldquo;absolutely forbidden to remove Abrego Garcia from the continental United States,&rdquo; Xinis said, according to CNN.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/illegal-maryland-man-refused-last-ditch-plea-deal-dhs-now-looking-ship-off-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abrego Garcia<\/a> is now being held at a detention facility in Virginia, his attorney told CNN.<\/p>\n<p>The judge said she wants written arguments from both sides.<\/p>\n<p>She further plans to hold an evidentiary hearing with witnesses.<\/p>\n<p>Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador earlier this year and became a darling of the legacy media and Democrats.<\/p>\n<p>Xinis was nominated to the court by Obama in 2015 and <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Paula_Xinis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirmed<\/a> in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Abrego Garcia has told officials he fears &ldquo;persecution&rdquo;
