The woman said she was forced to drive to a bank as Langford demanded $20,000.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He opened our back door and told them to get in the car&hellip;. They got in the car. They drove to the bank. Andy Beshear.<\/p>\n<p>Louisville council member Anthony Piagentini vented his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/womans-face-gruesomely-beaten-off-not-long-judge-frees-boyfriend-bail-cannot-take-criminals-word\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anger<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He was sentenced to 14 years in prison for multiple violent armed robberies and then was granted shock probation by a judge. They are responsible for this man terrorizing this family and our community. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/yPS46E6dB7\">https:\/\/t.co\/yPS46E6dB7<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Councilman Anthony Piagentini (@CMPiagentini) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CMPiagentini\/status\/1954118212649410730?\">August 9, 2025<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Karl Price, a former prosecutor and a defense attorney, said that Green&rsquo;s order had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/robbery-suspect-freed-weak-judge-30-min-sex-assaults-3-women-2-girls-police\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">multiple restrictions<\/a> on Langford, according to WHAS.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Obviously the judge felt extremely concerned that she needed to put some protections in place,&rdquo; Price said.<\/p>\n<p>Langford was ordered to stay at his mother&rsquo;s house and obey her &ldquo;house rules,&rdquo; seek outpatient treatment, and be drug tested at random.<\/p>\n<p>The order called for Langford to be put on a &ldquo;high level of probation supervision.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The discretion of Probation and Parole is basically unfettered in these circumstances,&rdquo; Price said. &ldquo;When Probation and Parole has that type of authority, that is about as air-tight as you can make it when giving someone a chance.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Price says he has doubts that there were no signals of what was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/criminal-justice-reform-little-boy-murdered-hours-suspects-parole-gop-lawmaker-warned-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">brewing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;If I had a crystal ball, I could probably see it in my crystal ball.
