Over the past two weeks,he has been seen visiting at least three ice cream shops &#8211; one in Delaware,his home state,adn two in Maryland. Notably, he was spotted at Double Dippers in Rehoboth beach enjoying a large vanilla soft-serve waffle cone.Earlier visits included stops at Baskin-Robbins locations in Kensington and Bethesda, Maryland.<\/p>\n<p>Biden&#8217;s fondness for ice cream dates back to his Senate and presidential days, often enjoying a cone during official duties or vacations.
