More than 4,000 men &ndash; soldiers, U-Boat sailors, and civilian &lsquo;enemy aliens&rsquo; &mdash; were detained at Camp Blanding.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Today, the site serves as a <a href=\"https:\/\/fl.ng.mil\/Commands\/Camp-Blanding-Joint-Training-Center\/#:~:text=Following%20the%20war%2C%20Camp%20Blanding,and%20Park%20at%20address%20below.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">training<\/a> ground for the state National Guard and U.S. armed forces.<\/p>\n<p>The Tallahassee Democrat added that multiple &ldquo;brick-and-mortar locations&rdquo; in northeast and south central Florida have been identified as potential detention center sites.<\/p>\n<p>DeSantis should continue ramping up his campaign against illegal immigration every chance he gets. The federal government can only do so much.
