\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;Flares burn out quickly and completely and there is no danger to the people on the ground when dispensed.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NORAD noted that the incident with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fire-falls-skies-mar-lago-f-16s-deal-aircraft-getting-way-close-trump-estate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">flares<\/a> was the second intrusion into restricted airspace on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/wrnjradio.com\/7-aircraft-violate-trumps-bedminster-no-fly-zone-norad-intercepts-one\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WRNJ<\/a>, there were a total of three violations on Saturday and four on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last month, multiple pilots violated the restrictions over Trump&rsquo;s New Jersey golf club while he was there over the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trumps-social-media-joke-hilariously-ties-barack-obama-oj-simpson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">July Fourth<\/a> weekend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/figther-ets-donald-trump-bedminster-intercept-f16-2095094\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsweek<\/a>, 11 civilian aircraft were intercepted over that weekend.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In one case, the First Air Force, which is based at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida, said in a statement, a fighter jet carried out what&rsquo;s called a &ldquo;headbutt maneuver&rdquo; to get the attention of the wayward pilot, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/norad-intercepts-plane-trumps-bedminster-no-fly-zone-no-excuses\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The maneuver puts the fighter in front of the civilian plane as the military plane signals the pilot to either follow the military aircraft or change course.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fighter-jets-intercept-headbutt-private-plane-breaching-restricted-air-space-president-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">message to pilots<\/a> at the time, NORAD said, &ldquo;It is critically important for North American flight safety that Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) violations are avoided.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;All pilots must familiarize themselves with updates to restricted airspace, including reviewing new and existing FAA NOTAMs that impact their flight plans and activities. Adhering to FAA restricted airspace protocols is mandatory, regardless of geographical region, airframe, or aircrew.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;NORAD and the FAA aim to keep the skies over America safe, with close attention paid to areas with Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR) to ensure flight safety, national security, and the security of the President,&rdquo; Gen. Gregory Guillot, Commander, NORAD and U.S. Northern Command, said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/NORADCommand\/status\/1941901744268513413\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement posted to X<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&ldquo;TFR procedures are mandatory, and the excessive number of TFR violations this weekend indicates some civil aviators are not reading Notice to Airmen, or NOTAMs, before each flight as required by the FAA.
