Here&rsquo;s the terrifying answer: I don&rsquo;t really know,&rdquo; Cruz said. &ldquo;I can tell you: in four years that Joe Biden was president, you know how many times I spoke with him? Zero. The former president set a record in presidential pardons, commutations, and clemencies for over 4,200 people.<\/p>\n<p>Former Biden aide <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/3470880\/biden-aide-stefanie-feldman-manager-autopen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Stefanie Feldman<\/a> was revealed as the manager of the autopen.
