Here\u2019s What The Science Says.\">bench press<\/a> competition, proposing that teh loser quit their current job. The challenge follows Gutfeld mocking Swalwell&#8217;s gym videos on social media, in which Swalwell showed himself bench pressing weights and criticized House republicans for ending the congressional session early. Swalwell responded on X (formerly Twitter), offering a deal: if gutfeld can bench press more than him for 10 repetitions, Swalwell will resign from Congress; if not, Gutfeld must leave Fox News. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said he is challenging Fox News host <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/entertainment\/3476657\/gutfeld-touts-washington-examiner-report-following-colbert-show-cancellation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Greg Gutfeld<\/a> to a bench press competition on Wednesday, with the loser resigning from his current job.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Gutfeld! <\/em>host poked fun at Swalwell <span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">on Tuesday for videos the lawmaker uploaded to social media.
