Jacob Holsclaw, Wisconsin DNR off-highway vehicle administrator, said in a statement. &ldquo;But those features can only help if they&rsquo;re used.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/widnr.widen.net\/s\/nbm8brwtmw\/atv2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">number of deaths<\/a>&nbsp;on the off-road vehicles have continued to climb this summer as deaths have spanned from a 6-year-old who died in a UTV rollover on July 10 to a 97-year-old who died in a crash with a motor vehicle on April 14.<\/p>\n<p>There were&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/wisconsin\/article_7d0a262b-a9f2-4f62-a57d-0e3cee4e739b.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">two deaths<\/a>&nbsp;involving 10-year-olds driving UTVs near their home in the past three months.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/campaigns\/state\/3482110\/wisconsin-sara-rodriguez-2026-gubernatorial-bid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WISCONSIN LT.
