The article has aged like milk, after his recent deals have caused the market to soar.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamatters.org\/tariffs-trade\/here-are-90-people-across-fox-news-and-fox-business-who-cheered-trumps-destructive\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">story highlighted<\/a> quotes from back in April that were made by GOP lawmakers, Fox News and Fox Business hosts, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, opinion columnists, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and many more.<\/p>\n<p>They each said something related to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/not-trade-deal-biggest-us-history-gut-punch-russia-dont-expect-hear-msm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump&rsquo;s strategy<\/a> of using tariff threats and how it was going to work.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, several of those quoted said it would usher in a golden age for America by filling up our coffers with cash and ramping up U.S. production. As of this writing, it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/quotes\/.DJI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stands<\/a> at an average of 44,622.58, according to CNBC.<\/p>\n<p>The Media Matters piece has aged horribly. They hoped it would be a collection of voices they could mock. Instead, it makes them look like economic experts.<\/p>\n<p>The mainstream media has capitulated in the face of Trump&rsquo;s EU deal, running headlines this week expressing shock, disbelief, or admiration for the commander in chief&rsquo;s win.<\/p>\n<p>These outlets included <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/axios\/status\/1949790181130736102\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Axios<\/a>, the New York <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2025\/07\/29\/world\/europe\/europe-trump-trade-concessions-analysis.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Times,<\/a> the U.K.&rsquo;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2025\/jul\/28\/von-der-leyen-ducks-trumps-trade-blitz-but-deal-exposes-eus-faultlines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guardian<\/a>, CNN, and several others.<\/p>\n<p>Once again, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fed-trump-admin-begins-official-process-stop-power-mad-judge-boasberg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trump<\/a> has proven the pundits &mdash; and the Democrats &mdash; wrong by putting America first.
