Reno is strong &mdash; but we are not immune to the epidemic of gun violence gripping this nation,&rdquo; City Councilman Devon Reese said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-this-average-american-is-voting-for-donald-trump\/\" title=\"Why This Average American Is Voting for Donald Trump\">social media post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting was reported around 7:30 a.m., according to police. The suspect was taken into custody within five minutes.
