The 46-page report, originally from a 2020 House Intelligence Committee assessment, indicated that Russian sources believed clinton suffered from multiple health issues, including chronic illnesses and psycho-emotional problems such as anger and aggression. These concerns were reportedly seen as possibly damaging to her election prospects by U.S. democratic leaders. \t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As of September 2016, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) had Democratic National Committee (DNC) information that President Obama and party leaders found the state of Secretary Clinton&rsquo;s health to be &lsquo;extraordinarily alarming&rsquo; and felt it could have &lsquo;serious negative impact&rsquo; on her election prospects,&rdquo; the assessment read.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s unclear when in September 2016 this information was attained, which is important given that she suffered a collapse at an event on Sept. 11 of that month.<\/p>\n<p>However, it wasn&rsquo;t just the collapse that was of concern, the document alleged.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The SVR possessed DNC communications that Clinton was suffering from &lsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/latest-unsealed-docs-expose-obama-hillary-and-the-russia-lie\/\" title=\"Latest Unsealed Docs Expose Obama, Hillary, And The Russia Lie\">intensified psycho-emotional problems<\/a>, including uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness,&#8217;&rdquo; the document said.<\/p>\n<p>It is unclear whether the quotes are from SVR or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/david-hogg-gets-slapped-dnc-boss-public\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DNC communications<\/a> and whether they are direct quotes.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Clinton was placed on a daily regimen of &lsquo;heavy tranquilizers&rsquo; and while afraid of losing, she remained &lsquo;obsessed with a thirst for power,&#8217;&rdquo; the document continued.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The SVR also had information that Clinton suffered from &lsquo;Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-established-a-fund-so-family-of-deceased-covid-victims-could-receive-up-to-9000-what-could-go-wrong\/\" title=\"Democrats Established A Fund So Family Of Deceased COVID Victims Could Receive Up To ,000. What Could Go Wrong?\">chronic obstructive pulmonary disease<\/a>.&#8217;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The document went on to state that SVR sources had obtained information that American &ldquo;allies &lsquo;in London, Berlin, Paris, and Rome&rsquo; were not optimistic about a Clinton Presidency.
