Luna alleges that Powell knowingly misled Congress and executive officials about details of a taxpayer-funded renovation project of the Federal Reserve&#8217;s eccles Building. She claims Powell made several <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/grassley-demands-doj-fbi-update-status-of-investigation-into-kavanaughs-fraudulant-accusers\/\" title=\"Grassley Demands DOJ, FBI Update Status Of Investigation Into Kavanaugh\u2019s \u2018Fraudulant\u2019 Accusers\">materially false statements<\/a> during his June 2025 Senate testimony, including denying the existence of luxury features in the renovation and misrepresenting the building&#8217;s renovation history and project simplifications.
