\t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>Mendoza-Gonzalez told authorities that Bos had overdosed at his house, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox32chicago.com\/news\/antioch-mayor-speaks-out-after-suspect-released-megan-bos-case-the-system-failed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox 32 in Chicago<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of calling 911, he broke her cell phone and hid her body in his basement for two days before moving it to a container in his yard, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>In April, Mendoza-Gonzalez was charged with concealing Megan Bos&rsquo;
