She declassified documents which she says show that the Obama governance manufactured and politicized intelligence to justify the FBI&#8217;s investigation into alleged ties between President Donald Trump&#8217;s campaign and russia. Gabbard said on Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;There must be indictments for those responsible, no matter how powerful they are and were at that time, no matter who was involved in creating this treasonous conspiracy against the American people, they all must be held accountable,&rdquo; Gabbard said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I&rsquo;m not a lawyer. In my view, we have the evidence to be able to move forward to prosecute and indict those responsible,&rdquo; she added.<\/p>\n<p>Gabbard previously said she would refer Obama administration officials to the Justice Department.<\/p>\n<p>Other reviews of the Obama administration at the time, however, did not conclude what Gabbard now has. A bipartisan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/04\/21\/politics\/senate-report-russia-interference\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">report<\/a> in 2020 from the Senate Intelligence Committee supported the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/russia-and-china-are-trying-to-interfere-in-downballot-races-odni-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Russia and China are trying to interfere in downballot races: ODNI - Washington Examiner\">intelligence community&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s assessment at the time of Russia&rsquo;s interference in the 2016 election. Democrats have additionally criticized Gabbard&rsquo;s release.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rep.
