Elway was present during the incident, called 911, and was described as cooperative and clear-headed during the emergency call. Bianco later reviewed the call.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;He was very articulate. He was very responsive,&rdquo; Bianco told KUSA. &ldquo;He was not slurring his words. He was not hesitating in his response with the dispatcher.
