Tomasini declined to answer questions about President Biden&#8217;s handling of classified documents, <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >family business dealings<\/a>, and his health, citing her constitutional right against self-incrimination.Her lawyer emphasized that invoking the fifth Amendment is not evidence of wrongdoing.Tomasini has served in various key roles for Biden, including assistant and deputy chief of staff, and traveling chief of staff during his 2020 campaign. Reiner,<\/em> the U.S. Supreme Court explained that one of the Fifth Amendment&rsquo;s basic functions is to protect innocent men who otherwise might be ensnared by ambiguous circumstances.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Tomasini was an assistant and deputy chief of staff to the president during the Biden administration. Thursday<\/a>&nbsp;that it had scheduled interviews with four more former Biden officials, including former <a and senior adviser in the White House Counsel&rsquo;s Office Ian Sams, former deputy assistant to Biden and senior deputy press secretary Andrew Bates, press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and chief of
