Is it not a story that the Biden family, including Joe Biden, the &ldquo;big guy&rdquo; himself, was potentially compromised by millions of dollars in shady business deals involving China, Ukraine, and Russia?<\/p>\n<p>Employing the shoe-on-the-other-foot test, is there any doubt that if it were one of Donald Trump&rsquo;s sons, every lurid detail would have received wall-to-wall coverage on NPR?<\/p>\n<p>How do we know that? At NPR, we hitched our wagon to Trump&rsquo;s most visible antagonist, Representative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-says-just-learned-adam-schiff-engaged-serious-crimes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adam Schiff<\/a>.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Schiff, who was the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, became NPR&rsquo;s guiding hand, its ever-present muse. By my count, NPR hosts interviewed Schiff 25 times about Trump and Russia. During many of those conversations, Schiff alluded to purported evidence of collusion. The Schiff talking points became the drumbeat of NPR news reports,&rdquo; Berliner added.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;But when the Mueller report found no credible evidence of collusion, NPR&rsquo;s coverage was notably sparse. Russiagate quietly faded from our programming.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>GOP Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana also took Maher up on her invitation to show that her outlet is biased.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;As US Confronts Russia, Trump&rsquo;s Admiration of Putin Is Consistent,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2016\/12\/30\/507584595\/as-u-s-confronts-russia-trumps-admiration-of-putin-is-consistent\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">was<\/a> one <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SenJohnKennedy\/status\/1945554071017951280\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">headline<\/a> he read from the Senate floor.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;After Biden&rsquo;s Debate Performance, the Presidential Race Is Unchanged,&rdquo; was another. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2024\/07\/12\/nx-s1-5036518\/biden-trump-poll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">story<\/a> cited a poll it commissioned showing the race statistically tied.<\/p>\n<p>The poll was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolling.com\/polls\/president\/general\/2024\/trump-vs-biden\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">only one<\/a> in the Real Clear Polling average showing Biden in the lead following his disastrous debate performance against Trump in late June 2024.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">(4\/5) NPR reported that there is no evidence that biological men have an unfair advantage over biological women in sports.<\/p>\n<p>NPR also called America&rsquo;s interstate highways racist.<\/p>\n<p>I did not know our highways were racist.
