However, they are not being released to the public.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>During the incident, Galligan allegedly walked onto a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/da-drop-charges-sex-offender-whose-alleged-elementary-school-kidnapping-attempt-caught-camera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">school playground<\/a> as children scattered, and video showed a man grabbing at one student as others fled, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/prosecutors-plan-drop-charges-against-sex-offender-elementary-school-alleged-kidnapping-attempt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;It&rsquo;s super scary to watch,&rdquo; Dante White, whose child was among those approached, said. &ldquo;Especially seeing the perpetrator, the pictures of him. I would be freaked out if that guy touched me.
