Speaking on NewsNation&#8217;s &#8220;Banfield,&#8221; Franzese argued that it would have been physically impossible to commit suicide in Epstein&#8217;s cell due to the lack of suitable structures for hanging. I did eight years in prison, and I haven&rsquo;t experienced cameras being broken and a perfect storm of correctional officers not walking those cells,&rdquo; Franzese said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;They walk in, and they look in on you all the time,&rdquo; he added. &ldquo;As a matter of fact, you know, sometimes it&rsquo;s embarrassing to go to the toilet because they&rsquo;re walking past you and looking in the cell constantly.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Franzese concluded, &ldquo;So I&rsquo;ve said this from day one, I do not believe it was suicide. I can&rsquo;t talk about what happened to him, but I don&rsquo;t believe it was a suicide because you just couldn&rsquo;t physically do it. It would be almost impossible to do it.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/media\/1407001\/dl?inline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said last week<\/a> that it could definitively rule that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/laura-trump-suggests-epstein-info-coming-soon-says-potus-hears-anger-wants-info-released\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epstein<\/a> took his own life.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;After a thorough investigation, FBI investigators concluded that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on August 10, 2019,&rdquo; the DOJ said.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement drew immediate and ongoing backlash against the Trump administration and Attorney General Pam Bondi.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing further backlash, the DOJ said that Epstein had no &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/tucker-carlson-says-there-are-only-2-explanations-that-i-can-think-of-for-epstein-list-debacle\/\" title=\"Tucker Carlson Says &#039;There Are Only 2 Explanations That I Can Think Of&#039; for Epstein List Debacle\">client list&#038;rdquo<\/a>; and that there was no evidence he blackmailed high-profile individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Franzese responded negatively on X after the DOJ release.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NO!!!
