The administration found the company &ldquo;failed to comply with <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >manufacturing quality control requirements&#038;rdquo<\/a>; on more than one occasion.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, Boeing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3420990\/boeing-doj-ends-prosecution-for-fatal-crashes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">settled<\/a> with the Department of Justice over its role in two fatal crashes that killed over 300 people in Indonesia and Ethiopia.
