the officer said to the boy. &ldquo;Oh, you&rsquo;re hot.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/heartwarming-video-melania-trump-spent-4th-july-week-childrens-hospital\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">children<\/a> were locked in the car for about 40 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Nearly half an hour after rescuing the kids, the officers arrested J&rsquo;quawn Dixon, who later stood charged with second-degree cruelty to children.<\/p>\n<p>It is unclear if he is the father to both children, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/georgia-police-officers-break-car-parked-outside-mall-two-children-sweltering-inside-video\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dixon reportedly went into the mall at 12:24 p.m., and officers said they arrived at 1:03 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>According to his arrest warrant, Dixon &ldquo;with <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >criminal negligence caused<\/a> a child under the age of 18 cruel or excessive physical or mental pain&rdquo; by leaving the child inside a vehicle for 41 minutes without air conditioning, WAGA-TV reported.<\/p>\n<p>The Cobb County Police Department posted a statement to on Monday, along with footage of the incident.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;
