she was perfectly fine with it,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Seahorserace\/status\/1943464175084220448\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the post read.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JalerieE\/status\/1943460414102147234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">account<\/a> wrote: &ldquo;Instead of &lsquo;fiery dissents,&rsquo; it should say &lsquo;rulings based on her feelings.&#8217;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>This was likely a shot at Jackson being rebuked by her colleagues in previous decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Both Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Amy Coney Barrett haven&rsquo;t just disagreed with Jackson in the past, but barely stopped short of calling her entirely unqualified to serve on the bench.<\/p>\n<p>Back in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/amy-coney-barrett-crushes-ketanji-brown-jackson-devastating-line-universal-injunction-opinion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">June<\/a>, writing for the majority on a SCOTUS case dealing with <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >federal judges issuing nationwide injunctions<\/a> against the Trump administration, Barrett said Jackson&rsquo;s dissent was &ldquo;at odds with more than two centuries&rsquo; worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial Judiciary,&rdquo; Barrett added.<\/p>\n<p>When Jackson found herself on the losing end of an 8-1 decision, Sotomayor let her have it, as well.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I agree with Justice Jackson that the President cannot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-taps-musk-and-ramaswamy-for-government-efficiency-department-washington-examiner\/\" title=\"Trump taps Musk and Ramaswamy for government efficiency department - Washington Examiner\">restructure federal agencies<\/a> in a manner inconsistent with congressional mandates,&rdquo; she <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/07\/09\/us-news\/sotomayor-breaks-with-jackson-in-supreme-court-decision-on-cuts-to-federal-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wrote<\/a>. &ldquo;Here, however, the relevant Executive Order directs agencies to plan reorganizations and reductions in force &lsquo;consistent with applicable law.&#8217;&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Jackson was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ketanji-brown-jackson-accidentally-reveals-fundamentally-misunderstands-role-supreme-court-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">also criticized<\/a> for comments made during a recent interview with ABC&rsquo;s Linsey Davis, when she said: &ldquo;I just feel that I have a wonderful opportunity to tell people in my opinions how I feel about the issues, and that&rsquo;s what I try to do.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Conservative filmmaker Dinesh D&rsquo;Souza wrote on social media that Jackson is all but admitting she&rsquo;s an activist &mdash; immediately dismissing thousands of other choices who would likely have served the court better.<\/p>\n<p>Then again, looking at Biden, the public shouldn&rsquo;t be surprised that his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/christian-group-snaps-action-scotus-sides-parents-seeking-protect-kids-lgbt-agenda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SCOTUS<\/a> pick doesn&rsquo;t understand the law &mdash;
