The race so far includes five candidates: former Attorney General Mike Cox, former House candidate Anthony Hudson, Rep. Democratic candidates for governor include Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist, and Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson.
