While the Justice Department previously indicated that its internal investigation into Epstein&#8217;s documents and client list was complete, the FBI has informed a court that its search is still ongoing, with no clear timeline for the release of additional materials. This contradiction has caused confusion and frustration among supporters of President Donald Trump, who had promised openness on the matter. EOUSA does not yet have an anticipated number of documents or anticipated dates for release,&rdquo; said the joint status report.<\/p>\n<p>The court filing came as the Justice Department said <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/media\/1407001\/dl?inline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">it was done<\/a> with the internal investigation for documents and a client list for Epstein, who died in his jail cell in August 2019. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/3463927\/jeffrey-epstein-suicide-no-client-list-fbi-doj-find-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">shutting down hopes<\/a> for the release of more information, Justice also announced that Epstein took his own life and had no client list.<\/p>\n<p>The Justice statement from earlier this week has drawn sharp criticism from supporters of President Donald Trump who promised to release the information.
