We will continue to interview more Biden White House aides to get the answers Americans deserve.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>David Schertler, the attorney for the former White House physician, said his client &ldquo;asserted the physician-patient privilege, as well as his right under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, in declining to answer questions from the staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform regarding his service as Physician to the President during the Biden Administration,&rdquo; according to <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/dr-kevin-oconnor-bidens-physician-sits-interview-gop\/story?id=123606551\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Comer called that behavior &ldquo;unprecedented,&rdquo; adding, &ldquo;I think this adds more fuel to the fire that there was a cover-up.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>O&rsquo;Connor did not speak to reporters outside the closed-door hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to the hearing, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/comer-tracked-autopen-users-making-move-get-justice\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comer<\/a> downplayed O&rsquo;Connor&rsquo;s ability to avoid answering questions.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;I don&rsquo;t believe that he can hide behind <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/we-are-the-arbiters-soros-prosecutor-says-he-wont-enforce-abortion-laws-if-roe-is-overturned\/\" title=\"\u2018We Are the Arbiters\u2019: Soros Prosecutor Says He Won\u2019t Enforce Abortion Laws If Roe Is Overturned\">doctor-patient confidentiality<\/a>, because this is the president of the United States, and people expect the White House physician to be truthful and transparent about the president of the United States&rsquo; health,&rdquo; he said, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/5391898-biden-white-house-doctor-refuses-testimony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Hill<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Hill reported that according to a source it did not name, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/nowhere-hide-trump-yanks-executive-privilege-away-bidens-doctor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O&rsquo;Connor<\/a> pleaded the Fifth Amendment on all questions aside from his name.<\/p>\n<p>Comer was not alone in saying O&rsquo;Connor&rsquo;s silence spoke volumes.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;By pleading the fifth at his deposition today, Dr. Kevin O&rsquo;Connor just confirmed what we all suspected: this was a coordinated cover-up to hide the truth about Joe Biden&rsquo;s condition &mdash; and who&rsquo;s really been running the show behind the scenes,&rdquo; Republican Rep.
