Dugan,who was previously suspended from the Milwaukee County Circuit Court,faces charges for assisting an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fbi-arrests-milwaukee-judge-hannah-dugan-over-obstructing-ice-operations\/\" title=\"FBI arrests Milwaukee judge Hannah ... over obstructing ICE operations\">illegal immigrant evade arrest<\/a> in her courthouse. She was arrested in April and afterward charged with a misdemeanor for concealing an individual and a felony for obstruction of an immigration operation. Dugan maintains her innocence and argues that she has judicial immunity; though, the magistrate judge stated that such immunity applies only to civil suits, not criminal cases. the federal government plans to continue with the prosecution, claiming it acted lawfully per its immigration agenda. The case will go to trial,with no trial date set yet,although a hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
