An incident commander for the Cajun Navy, a volunteer disaster relief group, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/weather\/live-news\/texas-flooding-camp-mystic-07-06-25-hnk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">said<\/a> people from over six states were aiding.
