according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ed.gov\/about\/news\/press-release\/us-department-of-education-announces-university-of-pennsylvania-has-entered-resolution-agreement-resolve-its-title-ix-violations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">terms of the agreement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The university also agreed to &ldquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-department-of-education-found-in-violation-of-title-ix\/\" title=\"California Depart...t of ... found in violation of ...\">adopt biology-based definitions<\/a> for the words &lsquo;male&rsquo;
