and could face two decades behind bars because of it.<\/p>\n<p>According to multiple reports &mdash; including from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/dc-md-va\/2025\/06\/27\/legro-post-child-pornography-possession\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Washington Post<\/a> itself &mdash; editor Thomas LeGro was arrested Thursday as part of an FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The 48-year-old LeGro allegedly had &ldquo;11 videos of <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3YuVZYV\" >prepubescent girls performing sexual acts&#038;rdquo<\/a>; \t\t\t\t}); \t\t\t} \t\t<\/script> <\/p>\n<p>The claims &mdash; which were never proved &mdash; involved allegations that, in the 1970s and early 1980s, Moore pursued relationships with teenage girls, and led to Democrat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/gop-flips-key-senate-seat-tommy-tuberville-beats-doug-jones-alabama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Doug Jones<\/a> winning the special election. (Jones would lose to former Auburn football coach Tommy Tuberville when running for a full term in 2020.)<\/p>\n<p>And, according to WUSA, not only had this been going on for some time, but his actions when the FBI came to his house did not exactly speak of pure innocence:<\/p>\n<p><em>  After searching LeGro&rsquo;s laptop, agents reported that they came across what appeared to be fractured pieces of a computer hard drive in his basement hallway. Agents noted that LeGro had been standing in the doorway to the basement when they first entered the house on Thursday. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>LeGro&rsquo;s name,  address, former address, and birth date had turned up in an FBI investigation of a digital currency known as E-Gold that had been used to access memberships to child pornography sites in the mid-2000s.
