There is one court that has jurisdiction over the entire nation &mdash; the Supreme Court, for all you dullards out there who don&rsquo;t get the point &mdash; and it handed down a ruling in a controversial case. A judge appointed by President Joe Biden is deciding he can ignore that ruling &mdash; and the crickets from the left are more deafening than anything you&rsquo;ll hear in the late, muggy hours of a countryside summer night.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/scotus-shuts-activist-court-clears-way-trump-begin-deportations-third-party-countries\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">On Monday afternoon<\/a>, the Supreme Court gave the Trump administration a major win, ruling 6-3 that they could deport illegal immigrants via &ldquo;third countries&rdquo; without a &ldquo;meaningful opportunity&rdquo; (to use Judge Brian E. Murphy&rsquo;s words) to present a case that they might be subject to harm there.<\/p>\n<p>The case involved defendants &mdash; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/not-joking-biden-judge-orders-dhs-see-convicted-murderers-scared-deported\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">which the Trump administration called<\/a> &ldquo;the worst of the worst&rdquo; &mdash; from a number of countries that had allegedly committed crimes in the United States but whose home countries would not allow them to be returned. The problem is that these people keep reminding America of&nbsp;<em>why<\/em> they didn&rsquo;t give control of any of the two elected branches of government to the Democratic Party.<\/p>\n<p>These are depraved scapegraces who were either never in our country legally or who no longer are. Most American voters would concur: The sooner they&rsquo;re removed, the better. Not so fast, screams Judge Brian E. Murphy! Is the guy who killed people or dealt your child <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/fentanyl-smoking-strip-used-bookmark-san-franciscos-main-library-taken-homeless-drug-addicts-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fentanyl<\/a> afraid of South Sudan? Uh-oh! Time to tie this up in the courts until the return of the Savior, or until Republicans give up. The latter is preferable.<\/p>\n<p>And what if Murphy is just the first? What if, absent any real way to control the direction of our country over the next year and a half, they lean on the power of the mob&rsquo;s veto?
