The firm asserts that Biden has failed to pay despite multiple requests, constituting a breach of contract. The lawsuit includes documentation of the engagement contract and seeks to enforce the firm&#8217;s rights through a judgment for the overdue amount and a lien on Biden&#8217;s assets. While Biden has made some payments between march 2023 and October 2024, he is now dealing with significant debt and financial difficulties following his recent pardon from federal charges. The pardon came weeks before the senior Biden left the White House.<\/p>\n<p>While he is no longer subject to federal charges, Hunter Biden found himself mired in millions of dollars in debt and without a home following the pardon. In March, he pleaded with a federal judge to dismiss his own lawsuit against former Trump aide Garrett Ziegler because he didn&rsquo;t have the money to continue litigating the case.<\/p>\n<p>The first son previously made a living off of his abstract paintings, earning nearly $1.5 million for a few years.
