Murphy was nominated by then-President Joe Biden and confirmed by the Senate during the last few weeks of Democrats&rsquo; control, he issued an <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/ProfMJCleveland\/status\/1937306646654402632\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">order<\/a> stating &ldquo;The Court&rsquo;s May 21, 2025 Order on Remedy remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding today&rsquo;s stay of the Preliminary Injunction. The District Court&rsquo;s remedial orders [were] not properly before the [Supreme] Court because the Government has not appealed them, or sought a stay pending a forthcoming appeal.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2 d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-728728724\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1463670073398-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The rogue ruling came just hours after the Supreme Court agreed 6-3 that the Trump administration, at least temporarily, can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-confirms-illegal-aliens-who-are-convicted-of-dui-rape-and-drug-related-crimes-will-not-be-deported-video\/\" title=\"White House Confirms Illegal Aliens Who are Convicted of DUI, Rape and Drug-Related Crimes Will NOT be Deported (VIDEO)\">deport illegal aliens convicted<\/a> of violent crimes to &ldquo;third countries.&rdquo; The decision means the administration could resume the deportations of illegal aliens to countries other than their native land. The Trump administration previously had to permit each <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/what-is-wrong-with-the-biden-administration\/\" title=\"What Is Wrong With The Biden ...?\u00a0\">violent illegal alien<\/a> to challenge the deportation under a prior ruling Murphy issued.<\/p>\n<p>The administration sought a stay on Murphy&rsquo;s order that instructed the administration &ldquo;to keep in U.S. custody all migrants slated for deportation to a country not &lsquo;explicitly&rsquo; named in their removal orders &mdash; known as a third-country deportation,&rdquo; as noted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/supreme-court-rules-trumps-third-country-deportations-south-sudan-other\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fox News<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said on Fox News Monday night to expect &ldquo;fireworks&rdquo; on Tuesday, hinting the Trump administration would hold Murphy accountable for flouting the Supreme Court. <\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wow-georgia-judge-who-also-is-stacy-abrams-sister-blocks-elections-officials-from-challenging-voters-who-live-outside-of-registered-district\/\" title=\"WOW!
