Briefing in Pennsylvania Lawsuit to Flip the Election\">court&#038;rsquo<\/a>;s liberal bloc to reverse a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/texas-law-enforcement-deputized-ordered-to-arrest-rogue-democratic-lawmakers-immediately\/\" title=\"Texas Law Enforcement Deputized, Ordered To Arrest Rogue Democratic Lawmakers \u2018Immediately\u2019\">lower court order<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/24pdf\/24a1153_l5gm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruling<\/a> was short and unsigned, but the three liberal judges issued a joint dissent, led by Obama appointee Justice Sonia Sotomayor.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;In matters of life and death, it is best to proceed with caution. In this case, the Government took the opposite approach,&rdquo; she wrote. &ldquo;It wrongfully deported one plaintiff to Guatemala, even though an Immigration Judge found he was likely to face torture there. The Trump administration labeled them &ldquo;the worst of the worst,&rdquo; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/articles\/cy5wkrn99qpo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according<\/a> to the BBC.<\/p>\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/supreme-court\/supreme-court-allows-trump-deport-certain-immigrants-third-countries-rcna209419\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> following the ruling, Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin called it a &ldquo;victory for the safety and security of the American people.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;DHS can now execute its lawful authority and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-kobach-bidens-immigration-policy-may-soon-get-much-worse\/\" title=\"Exclusive--Kobach: Biden\u2019s ...
